With all the uncertainties, obcsurities, unanswered questions, conspiracies, lies etc. I move to ammend a provision that mandates all public officials and military personnels to play at least(though of course they can play everyday if they want) One round of Russian Roulette a week. (that would replace corruption as their favorite pastime) Serioso ako. The nation will very much benefit from this provision. LET"S GET IT ON!
